inconsistent stay
poor cleanliness bad soundproofing
the staff seemed friendly.
The room cleanliness wasn't great. I saw hairs and marks on the mirror. ants were also a problem, they got into the room and even the bed. the sound insulation was quite bad. I could hear the restaurant below, the gym above, and even neighbors talking.

The triple room was lovely, with a thoughtful layout. a single bed had its own tv and door. i found the location to be very convenient, near several transportation options like the metro and bus. the staff were all helpful. They assisted with our bags and were very friendly.
the absence of complimentary toiletries, including body lotion, was a minor issue.

The restaurant offered good meals for lunch, dinner, and breakfast. The food tasted delicious. i savored the experience of dining Al fresco in the outside garden restaurant. it was special!

loud guests breakfast selection
The noise was quite bothersome . i could clearly hear other guests talking loudly in the hallway, and it made it difficult to relax (i ended up using earplugs). also, the limited selection at breakfast was a letdown. There weren't many options, and the quality seemed fairly average.

i found very friendly and helpful staff. the receptionist helped me carry suitcases to the taxi. i also appreciated the reasonable mini bar prices.
i found zero noise cancellation in the rooms. i heard everything in the hall. vacuum cleaners operated at 9 am.
